This picture came from a private file found in the German Ministry of Propaganda, and was captioned as an after battle scene at Kommerscheidt, where the Germans claimed to have destroyed 18 Canadian tanks and captured 320 men. However Kommerscheidt was in the Hurtgen Forest, which was an American battle, while the vehicles show here are tank destroyers.
