Here we see Admiral Adam Duncan, 1st Viscount Duncan, the victor of the battle of Camberdown. The award of the Russian Order of St. Alexander Nevski was a sign of the high regard in which he was held at the time - Wellington was also given the award, but Nelson wasn't.
