Curtiss HS-1 on Patrol

Here we see a Curtiss HS-1 flying boat, serial LV10, flying a patrol near the US Naval Air Station at Aber Wrac'h in Finistère, at the western tip of Brittany. The photograph was taken from another flying boat on 29 October 1918.
