British tanks in Valkensvaard
Here we see two tanks from General Dempsey's 2nd British Army passing through Valkensvaard on their way towards Eindhoven early in Operation Market-Garden. The tank on the right is probably a Sherman V or Sherman IV, both of which had a similar arrangement at the rear. The tank on the left is a Cromwell, although any attempt to guess which type from this angle is rather futile!
