Boeing F4B-2 of VF-5B, early 1930s
Here we see a Boeing F4B-2 of VF-5B on a naval airstation in the early 1930s. The F4B-2 can be identified by the combination of the engine cowling, introduced on this model, and the shape of the tail, replaced on the F4B-3 with a curved tail.
