Bombed out station at Arras, 1944
Here we see British troops passing the ruins of Arras Station, which was destroyed by Allied bombing during the bombing campaign against German transport links to isolate the Normandy battlefield as much as possible. However the damage seen here wouldn't have had a massive impact on the ability of the station to function, and it is notable that the bridge the soldiers are heading for is almost entirely intact.
