Airdropping Supplies over Burma
Here we see the crew of a cargo aircraft struggling to physically push their supplies out of the hatch of the aircraft, ready to be air-dropped to the troops fighting in Burma. A key part of the Allied recovery in Burma was the use of aircraft to keep isolated troops supplied, at first the special forces but later the main armies as well.
