W7 Class Minesweeper

W7 Class Minesweeper
Here we see a W7 Class Minesweeper of the Imperial Japanese Navy, with a straighter clipper bow than the slightly older W13 class. The W7 class used numbers that had been allocated to old destroyers converted into minesweepers and withdrawn at the start of the 1930s, thus explaining why it was lower numbered than the older types.
