Here we see the Gearing class destroyer USS William C Lawe (DD-763) in the Gulf of Mexico in the 1970s. The William C Lawe is said to have undergone the full FRAM I upgrade a decade earlier, but appears to lack the full size DASH hanger behind the second funnel.
