USS Sicard (DD-346) in Dry Dock
Here we see the Clemson class destroyer USS Sicard (DD-346) in the Dewey Drydock at the Olongapo Naval Station on the Philippines, at some point in 1927. Technically the dock counted as a ship, USS Dewey (YFD-1), but she didn't move from her position in Subic Bay between her arrival in 1906 and being scuttled there in 1942 to prevent her falling into Japanese hands.
