Here we see a group of the officers and men from the Delaware class battleship USS North Dakota (BB-29) on the boat deck at some point in 1913-14. Seated in the centre is her commanding officer, Captain P. Plunkett. At the lower left is Electrician's Mate 1st Class Mason Dunlap. Commander Orton P. Jackson is also in the picture.
