Censored picture of USS Nicholas (DD-449), 1942
This 1942 picture of the Fletcher class destroyer USS Nicholas (DD-449) has been censored to remove her radar antenna. However we do still get a good view of her
overall layout, with her original five 5in guns and two torpedo tube mounts, one on each side of the funnel.
