USS Mahan (DD-364) with rails manned
Here we see the Mahan class destroyer USS Mahan (DD-364) with her rails manned at some point in the later 1930s. The crew in their white uniforms stand out rather nicely under the awnings, and appear to have been more evenly spread that is often the case in this sort of picture.
