USS Ingersoll (DD-652) under fire off Vietnam, 1967
Here we see the Fletcher class destroyer USS Ingersoll (DD-652) under fire from North Vietnamese shore batteries in March 1967. The Ingersoll returned fire, and silenced the Vietnamese guns.
