USS Hopewell (DD-681) fires three gun salute, 1963
Here we see the Fletcher class destroyer USS Hopewell (DD-681) firing a three gun salute for Secretary of the Navy Paul H. Nitze c.16-18 December 1963, only a couple of weeks after he had taken up the office.
