USS Edwards (DD-619) at Port Newark Navy Day
Here we see the Gleaves class destroyer USS Edwards (DD-619) at Port Newark, New Jersey, on Navy Day, 27 October. It isn't clear if this was 1942 or 1945, the only years in which the Edwards was in the right area. Other pictures from 1942 show the divide between light and dark paint lower down, so this is probably 1945.
