USS Buck (DD-761) under construction
Here we see the Allen M Sumner class destroyer USS Buck (DD-761) under construction at Bethlehem, San Francisco, on 6 January 1945. At this point the lower level of the superstructure has been added giving a clearer idea than normal of its size and basic layout.
