Crew chipping paint on USS Black (DD-666), 1968
Here we see some of the crew of the Fletcher class destroyer USS Black (DD-666) chipping paint off her sides at the San Diego naval station in November 1968, after a year largely spent based in that area, between tours of Vietnam.
