USS Ault (DD-698), mid 1950s
Here we see the Allen M Sumner class destroyer USS Ault (DD-698) in the mid 1950s after a refit in which her 40mm bofors guns had been replaced with 3in/ 50 guns (two barrels can be made out half way between the rear guns and the rear funnel).
