Consolidated RY-3 Liberator Express from the Left
Here we see the US Navy's Consolidated RY-3 Liberator, which was a transport aircraft based on the PB4Y-2 Privateer, with the same single tall tail. Only 39 were built, so of them as conversions of existing aircraft.
