Here we see a Northrop P-61A Black Widow (42-25544) of the 422nd Night Fighter Squadron. This aircraft was written off in a landing accident at Kassel in Germany on 5 June 1945. This view shows us the layout of the aircraft, with the stepped glazed cockpit and glazed tail to the central nacelle.
