Budd RB Conestoga from the front

Here we see the Budd RB Conestoga from the front, showing part of the aircraft's advanced layout, which helped inspire the standard post-war layout of transport aircraft. The Conestoga was designed so that the fuselage was level when it was on the ground, and with a rear ramp that allowed small vehicles to drive straight into the cargo compartment.
