Boeing B-17: Memphis Belle
The Memphis Belle was the first B-17F and crew to complete the 25 mission tour that meant the crew could return to the United States. This picture, taken at an airshow during the 1980s, shows the 'Sally B', the only airworthy B-17 in the UK, and one of four B-17s to play the Memphis Belle in the movie of the same name.
