US 8in Gun in Aschaffenburg, Bavarian
Here we see an American 8in Gun being towed through Aschaffenburg in north-western Bavaria. The town was heavily defended, and fell after a battle that lasted from 28 March-3 April 1945, and was badly damaged in the fighting.
