This is either the 88mm Flak 18 or 88mm Flak 36, both of which were in use when this picture was taken in North Africa during 1941. The weapon is being fired from its wheeled carriage (or at least has been staged to look like that - its half-track prime mover is in a rather vulnerable position if this is a real action shot).
