88mm Flak 41 with carriage lowered
Here we see a Rheinmetall 88mm Flak 41 with its carriage lowered into the firing position. The Flak 41 was unrelated to the famous Krupp 88mm Flak guns, and was much less succesful. Over 20,000 of the Krupp guns were built compared to only 556 of the Rheinmetall
gun.
