R0yal visit to 40mm Bofors AA battery, 1944
Here we see King George VI and Queen Elizabeth inspecting a 40mm Bofors anti-aircraft gun during a visit to an anti-aircraft site somewhere in the south of England on 12 July 1944. During their visit the guns actually shot down a V-1.
