This photograph from the the 321st Bombardment Group's post-war 'Headlines' pamphlet shows a formation of B-25 Mitchells from the group attacking a bridge at San Michele in the Brenner Pass during a bombing campaign early in 1945 that was meant to cut off the German armies in northern Italy.
This document comes from a pamphlet produced by the 321st Bombardment Group after the war, which told the story of the group's activities from 15 March 1943-15 March 1945 in the form of a newspaper.
