25-pounder at Loviste, Yugoslavia
Here we see a British 25-pounder in action close to the town of Lovite, then in Yugoslavia, probably during a raid launched from the nearby island of Vis, which was occupied by the British for much of 1944 and used as a base to raid German targets along the Adriatic coast.
