152mm Gun M1910/34 being towed

152mm Gun M1910/34 being towed
Here we see a 152mm Gun M1910/34 being towed somewhere on the Eastern Front over the winter of 1943-44. The gun can be identified by the combination of the single tyre on the wheel, the straight gun shield and the muzzle. The 122mm M1931 is similar, but without the muzzle brake. The sign to the left reads 'The more German tanks we destroy, the nearer is the Victory'
