Here we see the rear of a 10.5cm leFH 98/09 in a well built dugout, with earth walls and a wooden roof. The crew are demonstrating shell handling, which was clearly easier with these smaller guns than with their larger contemporaries, while one man holds a field telephone. This picture probably shows men from the German 5th Field Artillery Regiment von Podbielski (1st Lower Silesian). The standing figure to the left is Herbert Sulzbach
